Contract:      Full time, permanent contract

Kurdish Housing Association is a small community Housing Association. We require an enthusiastic and forward thinking Director to work with the Management Committee to lead the organisation through its next stage of development.

We are looking for an ambitious and innovative leader to deliver our vision. An experienced individual, skilled in leading organisations and staff teams through major change and development, who can contribute to the strategic direction to ensure the organisation develops successfully.

You will work with our small staff team and the Management Committee to help realise our goals, overseeing the delivery of our strategic plan, forming effective partnerships with relevant organisations, and raising our profile. The Director will also play a vital role in driving the organisation forward, ensuring the association remains financially healthy, efficient, effective and sustainable.

You will promote and deliver excellence in customer services across a diverse range of housing provision. As the team is small, you will be expected to take both a strategic and leadership approach, balanced with a hands-on and operational approach, as required.
