V4CE is looking for an excellent administrator to  join their high performing team  to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy office. You will have excellent organisational skills complemented by confidence in communication with a wide range of people from different backgrounds. The post holder will lead on our office systems, event management, support our membership programme and provide secretariat support for meetings.  This post is for 10 months subject to review.

Voice4Change England (V4CE) is a national advocate for the Black and Minority Ethnic voluntary and community sector (BME VCS).

Applicants need  to complete the application form, with a CV – this should include current or most recent employment with reasons for leaving, salary and notice period, previous employment, voluntary or other relevant experience, education and qualifications held, and relevant professional training together with the monitoring form  – this information will be used for monitoring purposes to allow Voice4Change England to monitor and improve the diversity of its workforce.  The information will be removed prior to your application and stored securely in line with data protection requirements.  It will not be seen by anyone involved in the decision about who to shortlist for interview.  Please  send your application form, CV and monitoring form  by email to: by no later than 5.00pm Wednesday 24  April 2013.
