Arhag’s work to engage with residents and improve their life chances has grown significantly. This maternity leave cover post, for 9 months, will co-ordinate our ambitious work in this area. The successful candidate will co-ordinate delivery of both our resident involvement and community development programmes.
Key challenges for the post holder will include, maintaining our Resident Scrutiny Forum; delivering our Annual Resident Conference and providing employment and youth engagement programmes.The ideal candidate will have experience of resident involvement, community development and event management. Good project management skills are also essential.
