Job Title: Operations Manager
Based in: Tung Sing, Manchester
Duration of appointment: 12 Months
Hours per week: 21 hours
Salary: £ 36, 049.86 to £43, 696.80
– Pro Rata plus benefits (Depending on experience)

Tung Sing Housing Association was founded in 1984 to assist the Chinese community in Manchester.  It has now diversified its services and serves the wider community where it currently works and manages around 650 properties in Manchester and Trafford. The Association is part of Your Housing Group.

We pride ourselves in developing innovative solutions and providing high quality housing, support and community services. As such, this appointment represents a unique opportunity to work for a high profile and reputable organisation in an exciting and challenging environment.

We would like to appoint an experienced Operations Manager for Maternity Cover.

You will work with the Managing Director to oversee our housing and supporting housing teams, as well as the property services team and be a key member of the Executive Team that is driving the Association forward to meet its wide-ranging and demanding corporate objectives.

You will also play a pivotal role in our service improvement strategy, assisting your staff to establish a continuous improvement culture that will enable the Association to maintain its premier position among its peer group.
